"It was okay, but I will not return."

The location was good, and the staff was nice and friendly.

The thermostat and/or AC/Heat unit did not work right in our room. The thermostat did not work at all, and the unit buttons would not adjust from the temperature of 73. Also, the toilet would not fill after flushing. The mechanism had to be lifted manually to fill it. We only stayed one night, and I did not feel like making a complaint, so we lived with it. I do not believe I would stay here again, though.

Room was clean and had lots of space. Breakfast was better than most Express hotels. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

The shower water didn’t get hot at all. Maybe lukewarm at best. The WiFi cuts out every 5 minutes and kicks on and off. The A/C had to be set in the lower 60s for it to actually cool off the room.

The AC is set at a really cold temp. The room had a musky smell to it. We thought it was a smokers room due to smell but the front desk reassured is it was not. Maybe just old carpet.
