Even though we only stayed for one night, our experience was great! The hotel is clean, quiet, we enjoyed our room and our kids did as well. Breakfast was good and the staff treated us very well from the receptionist up to the staff in charge of the breakfast and area. Totally recommend this hotel and will definitely use again when back in the area!!!

I never write reviews but have to after staying at this Holiday Inn. I spent a week here with my son and brother to attend my brother's grandson's high school graduation. I can't say enough good things about this hotel staff. The employee who oversaw the delicious (free) breakfast every morning could not be nicer and accommodating, even asking if we wanted anything else before she closed up for the day. The cleaning staff did a terrific job each day with our room and there were 3 of us, so it could get messy. The lovely woman at the front desk (I didn't ask names) each morning was also so accommodating and friendly with anything we needed or asked about. My brother who is deaf informed her that the television in the "community" sitting area did not have the closed captions turned on so he could not understand it. When we went down for breakfast the next morning the closed captions were working! He really appreciated her! Loved our week-long stay! and the location couldn't be better - everything we need was in walking distance. My first visit to Texas. I love Texas!!! Roberta Charpentier Preston, CT

No one at front desk when arrived to check in around 8 pm. Waited at least 10 minutes and by then 4 other couples had arrived and also waiting to check in. Eventually a staff member showed up and said he had been fixing a television.

The overall stay was good. Bathroom is not as clean. If the shower is on, the tap is still on. No air vents in the bathroom. Bathtub is old and can be replaced. Breakfast options are same everyday, limited options for vegetarians.
