I like this hotel. Check-in was quick and our room was ready. They even set the sofa bed ready for us. The breakfast, you have to pay an additional £10 per person, but the kids are free with paid adult. It was worth it though as they have a large spread for continental breakfast. The bathroom/toilet in our room is pristine cleaned and has everything you need. I would want to stay at this place again. When we arrived, it was late and we didn't have dinner yet, but the Indian restaurant across the hotel was still open. Highly recommended! Best Indian food we've had here in Scotland!

"Family weekend getaway"

Disappointed that on the second day after housekeeping had been around they did not leave enough towels for us all. Also, there were only 2 mugs for a family of 4 who all enjoy hot drinks, this should maybe be taken into consideration in future rather than us having to ask for the extra mugs. That being said, it was a very enjoyable stay and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

First room very noisy air conditioning, poor tv reception, housekeeping std low but then moved to new room which was very clean and good standard. Food excellent, staff very well mannered and responsive. have used this hotel numerous times and would visit again
