Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and very helpful.

All good BUT. our room had a musty smell. May be because the ventaxia seemed faulty.

The toilet did not flush well.

Rubbish. Worst one I’ve been too and I travel a lot. Staff were slow, they hadn’t allocated me a room and said due to toilet issues. Then said after my 4 hour drive that I might not get a room. Luckily I did. Morning no hot water so had a cold shower. Also noted a nice smear of poop on tbe floor. Breakfast rubbery hash brown, scrabbled eggs were disgusting. I asked for poached but they only do what’s out. No smiles from the staff. Oh the coffee was good

Easy disabled parking. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast included. Easy walk into Poole.

The pillows were very strange indeed.

Very basic for the amount of money we paid £200 a night would expect a little better, the rooms are cold no way to heat them as Air con only blows out cold air, no extra bedding or blankets provided, no glasses or water provided, just something you would expect. Good location, staff nice and breakfast was good.
