Staff helpful ,very clean and close to the lighthouse venue

Wasnt a fan of breakfast ,bacon was dry and not alot of choice ,needs more choices on the cooked selection ie mushrooms or fried egg ,fried bread

"Great hotel but check your credit card bill!"

We had a great stay - the room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, the shower was fantastic, the hot water was plentiful and the free breakfast was brilliant. HOWEVER - on checking my credit card bill on my return home, I noticed that the hotel had made a spurious charge of £18.97 to my card without my knowledge or consent. We were staying on a reward night and had only used the card to make a contactless payment for the parking. After a very lengthy call to the hotel, I was told that the charge had been a mistake and was “a training issue”. I have been told that a refund has been processed and look forward to it appearing on my account…

"Fine for short stay no problems."

Room was fine clean and shower worked well. Restaraunt food a bit limiting but ok for a one night stay. Reason for stay was to catch early morning ferry, They served a continental breakfast at 6 in the morning. Location was good for Ferry terminal only a mile away.
