"Clean and welcoming"

Very pleased with our stay in Poole. The hotel was very clean throughout and all of the staff were lovely. The room was quiet and comfortable and just the right temperature. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and toiletries were pleasant. We would certainly stay again

The room was great

The evening guy that was on reception I bought 7 pounds worth of things from your vending machine paid foe them but it said unfortunately some items we not available told the guy at reception who looked miserable and very blunt he offered a small tub of princes and a chocolate bar think that isnt the same price just felt he was very unprofessional about it all
