Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alexandria by IHG

The A/C leaked water into the carpet and half the room was soaked . The bathroom was not clean & had no garbage can & there was no hair dryer.

Very big spacious room. Clean and quiet! And front desk was professional and courteous.

When we arrived the front desk person was in a Panic saying all the Maid staff had just walked off the job and wasn’t coming back that was around 3 o’clock she wasn’t sure if our room was ready but it was, when we got into room there were ants and a few roaches, blinds were broken the conditioned kept gong on and off the maintenance crew had gone for the day, we could not switch rooms because no room were available, she said I could not get a refund to go to another hotel, because I booked with a third party company not directly holiday inn! We were close to Walmart so we just bought some raid spray so we could be comfortable enough to sleep!

Right off 1-65 nice clean room easy parking

Everything was perfect room was clean very very friendly staff the lady doing the breakfast was really awesome only thing I didn't like is the pool was closed

Property was not well kept. Room was not serviced during my stay. I had to take my trash out and go to front desk to request towels. Breakfast was not self-serve, and there was very little to choose from. Overall, not great.

Housekeeping was terrible there was a dead cockroach in the floor and the bathroom didn’t look like it was even cleaned the toilet looked horrible and there was hair in tub, the next day they didn’t empty the trash or replace the dirty towels, the staff was extremely nice and gave us more towels

I had roaches in my room had to get relocated and the workers continued coming into my room with the do not disturb sign. Manager was rudely

This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I was expecting way better from Holiday Inn. The room smelled horrible like it had been wet. We could hear everything through the Walls and floors. It was not very clean and look old. The shelf in the shower was hanging off the wall broke. Just a big disappointment.
