Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast with hot fresh pancakes! Very clean hotel and room! We were impressed!

It was very nice. The price was great and the room was clean and new looking. I am 5’3”, my only issue was the height of the bed.

I’ll start by saying that I cannot bash the staff. They were friendly and helpful. However, maintenance had to let us into our room due to the “keycard” machine being down, so we were stuck in the room (which wasn’t a huge problem since we basically just wanted quiet sleep). We quickly learned that sleeping would be a problem. The room was extremely musty. The guests above us stomped all night. Next door or somewhere very close, there was yelling and screaming all night in what sounded like a game with multiple players that involved Spanish numbers. I don’t know if it was bingo, poker, or uno. I do know it lasted all night though. Early the next morning, more loudness that sounded like a dj and a party was outside my window, I knew it was time to go. The desk clerk was nice but could only refund me for the next night. I had to find another room elsewhere and ride around for hours before I could check in.

The room was good, as usual, but the card key system was down, so we had to be escorted to our room so that the desk clerk could unlock our door. Apparently the system has only been in place a month and this is the 7th time it has gone down. Holiday Inn needs to get a refund for this system and get something reliable to replace it. Otherwise, the stay was good.

For the price per night 126.00 as a Holiday Inn and suites, the Hotel room should have been impeccable. It was not the toilet made noise all night after flushing, the refrigerator made a constant noice, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The only great thing I appreciated was Ronda at front desk who was courteous, and extended her assistance with any needs.

The hotel was dirty. There was trash in the parking lot and grass areas. There was crumbs and trash in the hallways. One bag of garbage was on the hallway floor for 24+ hours. In the room, the carpet was lumpy and dirty. The clothes hanging hooks were broken. In the bathroom, the curtain rod was broken and the water from the shower sprayed all over the floor. The shelf in the shower was missing leaving rust and long screws sticking out of the wall. There was a hole in the wall as well. The room did not have a hair dryer. I had to wait for them to bring me one. We would’ve left this hotel if we were not in a hurry to get ready for a wedding we were attending from out of town. This hotel was not worth the high cost.

The room was nice. The breakfast was good.We could hear the people above us walking in their room. The fridge made a ticking noise nonstop.

Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay again if in the area.

Property has not been well maintained and was not cleaned. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom was not clean - opened soap bar left in shower and wet bath mat, walls had stains and toilet tissue holder was not secured. Bathroom sink did not have hot water - after running for 5 minutes. Had to go to the front desk for a fresh bar of hand soap. In addition, the corner of the bed was not made - noticed when the covers were pulled back. Definitely not up to normal Holiday Inn standards.

Staff, could not have been better! Bed also was very comfortable. Very nice location. Loved the little fire pit outside. Slight down side was, a little short on bath towels. Once staff explained the situation we understood.
