The hotel checked us into a room with a known A/C issue. When we addressed it with the front desk, they would not move us. Our room was cancelled.

I reserved a King Suite w/jacuzzi tub as indicated by their website and got stuck with a STANDARD QUEEN (2 beds) room. Note that I PAID for the KING SUITE, but only got a standard room. When staff was notified, they did not seem all that concerned, And told me I had to complain to Expedia. I have officially done so. Please assist.

"Worst experience, AC not working in July 😡"

The AC wouldn’t work in our room properly, it wouldn’t cool off at all so we slept very uncomfortably and didn’t get much sleep at all. Definitely worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn Express.

"No Locals Allowed"

My mom’s AC went out so we booked a room here. They would not allow us to check in because they do not allow locals to stay here. Said locals have caused too many issues in the past. My 75 year old mother is not a trouble maker. No more IHG properties for me. Totally ridiculous.

The staff we met were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked, coffee was plentiful and fresh. Extra points for a TV in the lobby that NEVER played FOX News! So rare in this part of the world, and so appreciated! Everything was super clean. We did let the staff know that the sink in our bathroom drained slowly...it wasn't that big of a deal to us, we just wanted to be sure they knew. This is a good hotel and we would stay there again.
