Clean confortable room, great people working hete. Breakfast was great

First room was nasty, hairs all over the bathroom, used bandaid on the floor, no towel in bathroom, doors had not been vacuumed or mopped, second room was ok clean, lady at chick in was awesome!

Check in took 20 minutes, was given a room that didn't exist in hotel first, then was given a room with 2 queens when I booked a king room. When I went to ask, was told there's no hot water in half of hotel so no rooms available except that. When I went to the room, I got a call they found me a king room. The agent was great and did what she could do. However, no working ice machine on that floor, and construction all over. The next night was the same for water situation, and couldn't use business center because of construction debris lying all over the lobby area. I even heard a jack hammer after7 pm. Zero mention of construction upon making reservations or never would have booked this hotel. On top of all of that, the steam from the shower revealed someone's initials in the bathroom mirror. Wonder when that was last cleaned?

Check in/out process was smooth. First room's AC did not work, they changed the room assignment, and the new room had strong smell of old dampness. Black spots all over AC vents. Blood droplets noted on bedding. Staff gave me a hard time when I requested an extra towel. I almost always stay at Holiday Inn Express... this one was very disappointing.

This place is disgusting! The floor was nasty and they said it was the only available. Upon arrival around 8:00pm with two kids, there was a line of people waiting and nobody at the reception for 10 minutes, as I go to get things from the car a bunch more people arrive. So they ended up in front of me. The front desk person took her sweet time after arriving to check in the group which meant I was waiting over 45 minutes to check in before I have up and went to the car with my exhausted kids. We came back and checked in, just to be placed in this nasty room. Gross, poor service and just nasty.

It was very clean, the staff was great even though short handed. It is as great.

This property is in a shady part of town. There was no hot water. The room smelled of mildew.

We stay here a couple of times a year. It is always clean and pleasant in our experience.
