"Was not worth the price, and customer service was TERRIBLE!"

Well the breakfast was good but cold. I slept good

The parking lot was full of trash. When checking in we were told that booking.com did not send info that we wanted a king bed so we got a 2 queen bed. The shower was cold and no one was there to ask if our stay was good.

The guy that checked us in was nice.

The hotel billed me for the rooms in addition to booking.com. i called the hotel and she put me on hold then hung up on me. Now I'm having to prove they charged me (waiting on credit card statement) to go further.

"Sad staycation."

Didnt say online their pool was under renovation. Which is the only reason i booked here. Breakfast was lack luster. Ran out of everything and only refilled the eggs. Probably wont be back. Halls smell like mildew. Disappointing.
