Close to eating establishments, quiet and comfortable

Bed are very comfortable and the breakfast was very good

Nice and quiet

The beds were horrible like the edges were broken and hard

The pool was not available for use. The shower head was clogged and could barely get enough water to take a shower.

Very nice folks to work with

First of all I had already paid for my room and could not get it refunded, my children were looking forward to getting to swim but upon our arrival there was a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance. The room was absolutely not cleaned prior to our check in. There was food crumbs, hairs, and an unknown large black mark on the sheets. The microwave was DISGUSTING probably hadn’t been cleaned in the last 3 guests. When I sent my spouse to report all of this to the front desk he was gone for about 30 minutes and returned stating the staff was nowhere to be found. There was obvious rotting in the ceiling from water damage. I will never stay at this holiday inn again and I had higher expectations for a Holiday Inn having had stayed in some very nice ones before.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good with several choices .

No pool or jacuzzi , did not clean rooms or replace towels for 3 of 7 days , no reduction in price for degraded services

Hotel does not have usb outlets in room. Make sure you take your own. First hotel in a very long time that did not have them, so I wasn’t prepared. No soda/beverage machines while we were there, but the lady at the front desk kindly offered me some bottles of water for our room. Overall, would stay there again!
