Everything clean,quiet

It was snowing,which had nothing to do with the hotel.

Great location. Close to a really good restaurant. Easy access to highway. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I'd stay here again but will not count on the breakfast.

The breakfast choices of protein did not work for me. Most places I've stayed in have scrambled eggs. Which is what I was craving for breakfast. the choices were a rubbery looking egg and an omelet with vegies that also did not look good.

Sharon at the front desk was the best, so helpful, friendly, cheerful, and informative. The grounds, lobby and breakfast area were clean, inviting and pleasant.

The room we got was pleasant at first glance. Unfortunately, the ac didn’t work (actually came on for five minutes at a time then shut off, barely cutting through the heat), and was hot for most of the time. Then I went to make a cup of coffee and turned on the faucet in the kitchenette area and proceeded to get soaked from the water going everywhere but the cup I was trying to fill, there was limescale all around the inside of the sink, that should’ve been an indicator of an issue. Then when my mother went to take a bath/shower the water never got hot and so she couldn’t take a shower. When I let the morning front desk person know about the issues she genuinely looked like she might inform maintenance, but I don’t think she was concerned about it.

Check in was very fast & super welcoming friendly Service. Room was very clean, comfy & quiet.

The room was large and clean, nice hotel. However, both my son and I got terrible food poisoning from the breakfast. we were very sick for 2 days.

Right price, very friendly helpful staff, great breakfasts.

Pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities were not working

It can clean and location was great.

The laundry machine on my floor was not working.

Walked into the first room and crazy but the beds were about halfway made, sink was covered in what i would calm crap and they're was a toilet cake sitting on top of the air conditioner smelling up the nasty room. Called to get a new room and had to go back down get keys get new bedding Ali that crap but still it sucked.
