"Bad"

They should update on their Google and let everybody know that they're inside. Pool does not work with freezing cold hot tub. Or Jacuzzi was not even full only one exercise machine worked. Not a very kid friendly hotel.

"Work trip"

Very nice hotel I had a work trip and had to stay in Pampa, room was vey clean and breakfast was good. Overall had a pleasant stay wish there was more to do in town. Staff was very nice made me feel like home. Management should be proud of staff. Recommend this Hotel.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Only thing that didn’t go right was the ice machines, all of them except the office. It wasn’t a major problem and will not keep us from not staying there again.

"Quick trip luckily "

Front desk lady was really nice and efficient no issues there ac didn’t blow much air in room , only 3 towels when reserved room for 4, beds really old I’m guessing really squeaky so with the heat lots of tossing and turning along with squeaks and no pancakes for the kids because lady in banquet area was new and didn’t know how to run machine
