Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Center by IHG

Upon arrival and throughout stay the hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and nice , looked like it had a recent renovation. The hotel was very quiet. Our only issue was with breakfast. They have changed their items for breakfast. They have done away with the regular scrambled eggs and bacon and replaced them with gross cheese omelettes, tasteless turkey sausage, tough pork sausage links, and biscuits hard enough to break the plastic fork trying to cut them open. They need to go back to the old breakfast. This was not a staff issue but a corporate decision as all the hotels now have the same breakfast.

Clean, comfortable

Was put at the end of hall for daytime sleeping but the room right next to us was occupied, had to turn on our portable fan to drown their noise. I’d rather be in middle with no one right next to us .

I didnt stay. I nned to change the booknig and was denied . so i was screwed

I adore the breakfast and the staff was very understanding and accommodating when my family wanted to remain the in the lobby and chat.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the pool was well maintained, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was very good, and Miss Janice is a dream!

I have no complaints.

Was asked to late checkin. There was an issue with no power at the hotel

My experience was so so. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was small, without enough out lets. Beds were uncomfortable. Bed quality is most important thing and this wasn't good. Also no desk or bedside drawers. Weird! Closet was tiny, not a wall closet. 8-10 scale it's a 7
