Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Center by IHG

My stay was wonderful, and very relaxing. I slept like a baby as I always do when staying at Holiday Inn. I always refer it to family and friends

It is a good value for you money. We had a good experience with the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff

Clean hotel rooms with pleasant brand typical furnishings. Beds, bathrooms and breakfast facilities in the physical spaces are in very good shape and well maintained. However the real standout in this hotel is the helpful and friendly staff. All the way from front desk management to breakfast and housekeeping, the staff went way out of their way to be helpful.

Didn’t like it room stank and I was told I had to pay 100.00 incident fee because I booked. Online

Was expecting something different for such a all town. Facility was very clean, and updated. Well staffed with friendly people. Very impressive. I was there for a week and would highly recommend.

Overall, it was a good stay. Check in was difficult because they wanted to charge me again after I had already paid Hotels.com. The girl at the desk was friendly, but did not know how to remedy the situation. We were at check in about 30 minutes. I had to go back later to take care of the situation. Hotels.com did not give me enough to to write a check in review. When I got an email asking about, time had already expired. Don't ask if you don't give time to write it. I do not work for Hotels.com and did not feel I needed to sit down right away just write a review. I could do that later, like I am now.

The staff is amazingly friendly... so kind and always there to help if anything is needed. Their breakfast was very good every morning. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Overall our stay was great
