"Placebo thermostat "

It was hot. Turned down the temperature. The AC blower was not responding. I called the front desk, explained the problem. I was told that the thermostat was controlled at the wall. I explained that we had been working with the thermostat on the wall but that the fan/vent located at the window was not blowing. She said, “Ok. We can control it from here.” It them began getting cooler! So, while the place was clean, you do not have control of the thermostat! 😆

We were kicked out of this hotel( two families) due to one one of us not wearing a mask when entering hotel. The other 7 of us had a mask on. The lady manager told us we all needed a mask to enter. When I told her I can not wear one due to a health condition, she then asked why what was wrong for me not to wear one(which is completely illegal). Then she is arguing with me about the mask and and called the cops and kicked my family and I (3 kids including a 2 month old baby) out when we were we evacuated from a hurricane in Louisiana. Be mindful that there were other guess there with no mask and the cops had no mask. The manager is very RACIST.

The was the best hotel we've stayed in. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. Minimal noise and the room felt like home.

I booked online and received a phone call from the hotel a few days later stating Expedia had ‘overbooked’ them and they physically didn’t have a room for me.

Great folks. Friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in good shape. Just wish I could set the air conditioner fan to run all the time for the noise. 😊 They have done a very good job continuing breakfast service and the server lady is SUPER nice.

"Wonderful Stay"

The service was impeccable. Breakfast was awesome, staff was always there if you needed something. I was impressed with the quality of this stay. I will defiantley return to this property while I am in town visiting my family.
