I got put in an adjacent connected room with a family in the adjoining room. NOISY.... It sure seemed like there should have been more appropriate rooms available. The doors between rooms does nothing for sound control. The rooms certainly need to be updated too. Very 90s. They get dated quickly... Other than that, it was okay.

"Bad experience"

The customer service was not good. The pool and fitness room had 0 towels in there and when I went to get more I waited 10 minutes for attendant to come to the desk. The furniture was all stained and there was mold in the bathroom. The lamps in the room looked like they got beat up and put back on the table and I tried to call down to get more towels for the shower as we had 4 people and nobody at the front desk would answer. AND THEN we go to check out this morning and the girl at the desk was very rude. She tried to argue with me about what room we were in. The lady in front of me who was checking out, the attendant threw her room keys in a basket. As an IHG employee I’m disappointed. I wasn’t expected to be treated different because I work for IHG but as a guest it’s sad. Do better.

Our reservation was supposed to be for four people in two rooms... Unfortunately, the Holiday Inn only had us reserved for one room and when we asked for another room, they tried to charge an additional 20% above the agreed rate for the second room... Will not be booking at this location ever again.

Pool and hot tub were out of order, no breakfast accommodations and snotty reply from the front desk when questioned. Bed was uncomfortable and they charged $4 for a single 16oz pop
