The bar and kitchen staff worked their tails off doing the best they could being way understaffed.

Dinner menu was extremely limited. Requested a shuttle to the airport driver was late so had to order an Uber to make it on time.

We ordered from the menu for breakfast. It took forever so we could not eat with some who took the buffet. The eggs were salty and greasy. The waitress said that the cook is very slow which indicates that it is known that this is a problem and hasn‘t been fixed. he treadmill was out of order so i had to run outside in the rain in an area i was not familiar with. It was a family gathering and when we arrived and they told us the bar was closed that was terrible, we had planned to sit at the bar together to catch up during the weekend. We also requested on check in to have our room made up only to find out when we returned at 5:00pm that our room was not touched, not even clean towels. The lady at the desk brought us some towels and said she would give us 1000 points. When we realized the value of 1000 points it was like a slap in the face. The staff also was very UNfriendly. Based on these issues your price you charged was a ripoff.

We all had fun workers was nice and friendly

This is a hidden gem. Very clean and the staff very accommodating. It is located by several good restaurants that are walking distance. The small lounge had the nicest bartender. I wish I had gotten her name but we stayed there on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 if management sees this. My wife and I were very happy and will certainly be staying at this hotel again.

Breakfast was good

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and very uncomfortable beds not like normal holiday inn

The bathroom had rusty looking stains on the door frames that dripped when we used the shower-from the humidity. We had to wipe down those stains to avoid having them drip on us.
