Odd and old fashion hotel with no real update in a long term. Breakfast took 40mins to trove to the table and we were alone in there

Front desk staff told us there were no rooms available when we asked to check in. He said it would be an hour. He never asked or name or anything. There were 6 cars total in the parking lot at that time and 3 employees were at the side door at the picnic table smoking. They looked homely which immediately think about how clean my room was going to be. Most IHG staff who clean rooms look professional. When we went back in an hour wow 3 couple with us already checked in so they must have gotten rooms cleaned super fast! The clerk didn’t acknowledge our diamond status like they normally do- I know not that big of a deal but usually set the tone for good customer service. The bathroom door, shower and lights were rusty. The chair in the room had stains, and the lamp shades were torn. This hotel was not up to normal IHG standards.

Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean room.

Dirty bathtub), bathtub drain plugged and wasn’t fixed until the next day. Thus unable to shower. Several electric outlets unusable. Lobby coffee stale and Luke warm. Desk staff unavailable numerous times including checkout.

Girl checking in was completely rude . I got charged twice then she refused to give me a refund or even a receipt so I could prove she charged me the next morning..

Restaurant and bar staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating shuttle service. Some, not all front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Zero housekeeping even when requested. Had to grab towels from the pool area because they never serviced our room once in 4 days, and front desk lady said she had no “access” to towels and wash cloths when we asked. Not the Holiday Inn I know.

Went for a 3 night getaway to visit Our Lady of Champion shrine. First thing out of front desk lady’s mouth was “Are you here for the game”. Told her no. Next day, no one came to clean room. Husband asked front desk at 1000 am & they said you had to be on list. He said no one told us about this list. Was put on list for the day. Left hotel & came back 6pm, room not cleaned. Went to front desk & asked for fresh towels & young blonde girl gave him 2 towels. He asked her for hand towels & wash clothes too, and she nastily went to the back & got them. He asked again to be put on list. Saturday same thing happened. Still on list & no fresh towels. No one came til Saturday at 5 pm to empty our FULL garbage cans & leave towels . That’s all we wanted for the 4 days there. Front desk staff never said hello or goodbye every time walking past to anyone everyday… unless guests had football shirts on. Upcharged to over $300 for game weekend & was treated horribly. We are IHG reward members for years now. Very discriminating hotel. HANNAH the bartender was fantastic!

Good breakfast. We loved having a shower instead of a tub/shower. Now you need taller toilets!!

Tall toilets!

We stayed in room 227 and the tub was clogged. Whenever anyone got out of the shower, we were standing ankle deep in water.
