"Basic Holiday Inn"

Had to make last minute trip to Green Bay and choose Holiday Inn to use my points. Price for room was higher then all the competition around, if not for points I would have gone somewhere else. staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable not lacking any basics. No free breakfast as I and other guests were expecting, this was a huge disappointment.

My Military emotional support (small) dog was allowed to stay with me with NO complaints from the staff. Breakfast was free and the waitress (Tisa) was wonderful with suggestions for food!

The room was alright, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked quite well. There was a questionable stain on the curtain rod in the main room near the pull handle which was unfortunate. The grout lines on the walk in shower door were very dirty. The door to the room was very scuffed up with visible black scuff on it. Some of the outlets are loose, almost to the point where a charger will not work. The gym was nice enough although a cable weight matching would be a nice welcome addition to the very basic gym equipment. The pool seemed small but did seem nice enough. There were a lot of guests lingering in the lobby with small children which made the atmosphere in the communal seating areas quite stressful and not very relaxing or inviting. Overall the stay was nice enough for a single night.

Anytime I'm in Green Bay, this is my place to stay. The staff is amazing. Heather and Erica go above and beyond. Check in is a breeze, check out as well. My favorite Hotel for sure and I travel a ton for work. Everyone makes it so comfortable and relaxing.

The only downside is my room didn’t have an ac unit. After drinking the night away all you want is to sleep in a cooled down room and not sweat through the night (haha) other than that everything was fine !
