Good Spacious Rooms with courteous staff. Need improvement in small things to enhance the experience. Need to have complimentary water bottles.

Juan is the absolutely worst human I have ever met. Not only was he a terribly rude person who wasn’t helpful at all, he seemed to be disgusted to even talk to the guests. This person should not even have a job. If you want decent service from people who care, go somewhere else

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet location. Beds are full sized not queen sized. Outdoor pool was not open they were starting to get it ready for the season. Breakfast was pretty same everyday eggs sausage . A couple days had potatoes. None of it really hot and often times ran out. Had to ask for more toilet paper during stay. The showers have these metal plates over the drain and as you shower the water hits them and its noisey so noone else in the room can sleep while someone is showering. Location was close to restaurants/shopping. I would try this hotel again based on staff/quietness/cleanliness and location
