"A lovely comfortable stay"

The common space was festive and dressed for the holidays. We had a fabulous dinner at Johnny’s! The room temperature was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was exceptional for getting ready. The staff was wonderful, kind and hilarious! Looking forward to staying there again!

Cheryl was wonderful to work with and her response time to random questions was always quick. Highly recommend this hotel for service and its location to many options in West Des Moines.

No complaint about the facility but booking was a nightmare. I originally booked on Nov 13 and prepaid $175.07. When I found out the booking was a day later than intended I changed the date on Nov 16 and was assessed an additional fee of $170.42. When we went to check in they could not find our reservation and so I had to pay $178.06. All told I paid $523.15 for one night! Ridiculous. If I don't get a refund of $345.00 I'm never staying there or using Expedia again !!
