Called to file a complaint with general manager have yet to hear back about the terrible experience I had here. The lighting in the bathrooms are horrible, there might as well have been no light in the bathroom. It is terrible if you’re trying to do your makeup. The ice machine on the second floor was broken with no out of order sign posted, I reported it to front desk and he was not helpful he said to just go to another floor. The next day we come back to our hotel room to find our beds were not made properly and the sheets were just thrown over it. In addition, the main lobby smelled horribly like bleach when I got there. Later that night the fire alarms go off out of nowhere and we’re forced to evacuate out in the rain. Mind you there was no fire and we had to sit in the rain for over an hour with no answers from staff. Considering that this is a “4 star hotel” at the price I paid per night I expected better service. Especially since it is a Hilton hotel. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

We hosted a 30-year gala celebration for our nonprofit radio station (Pulse 101.7FM) at The Rewind Hotel and had the most wonderful experience. Cheryl was knowledgeable and so helpful in the planning process and the evening went off without a hitch. Great staff/service, AMAZING dinner and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The Rewind is a great upscale hotel. Fresh, new and super clean. Personnel well trained and helpful. Have stayed here multiple times and this hotel is operated by Pros. Johnnys Italian Steakhouse is in the lobby and very good. So convenient and quite tasty! 4 blocks off I35.

The website indicates "Airport Shuttle" but hours are limited. First suttle on weekends is not until 7:00 AM which is not convenient for early flights. Ended up having to pay a $45 cab ride to the airport, an additional expense I was not counting on. The web site should be clear on the shuttle hours for all days of the week.
