Very nice, clean, friendly staff, room was great, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast service in restaurant was very uneven. Great one day and ignored the second.

A big thank you to Casey and his team for all of their help pulling off such an amazing last minute surprise engagement party. They were organized, flexible, easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great event. The space looked beautiful thanks to all the extra touches the venue provided and everyone loved having access to the private patio and fireplace. The staff was top notch and made everyone feel so comfortable. The food was of course wonderful as expected.

The property was beautiful! We walked in and were surprised by how nice it was inside and the steak house smelled insanely good! Wanted to eat there but didn’t have the time. We only had one issue when the key card would not scan right away and it seemed to have been broken but within 5 minutes we were placed in an identical room! Room was clean and beds were amazing! Just what I wanted when I needed a place for a great night of sleep!

Rooms were spacious and the location near super cute restaurants and plenty of shopping were great.

Rooms were comfortable, decor was great and Johnny's Restaurant was amazing! Ate at the bar and watched the CWS and our bartender was Amazing! We had a very relaxing time which is what we needed!

It was a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The restaurant has great food. The steaks they served for breakfast was very flavorful.

"We recently hosted our son's wedding reception at The Rewind Hotel in W Des Moines, IA. We were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the entire team! From the planning to the execution of the event, the staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the reception was perfect. When flowers didn’t arrive the event coordinator calmly said we’ve got this and none of the guest knew of the last minute save - it was beautiful. The food was above and beyond, guest even took pictures because the plating was so beautiful. The sound system and lighting the motel has available made our celebration lively and joyful. The hotel's event coordinator, Casey Burt, couldn’t have made it easier - he was highly organized, responsive, and made sure that every detail was taken care of. To be honest the entire staff, from the front desk to the servers and bartenders , were all friendly and efficient. We received countless compliments from our guests on the food, drinks, and overall atmosphere of the reception. It was truly a night to remember, and we are so grateful to The Rewind for helping us create such special memories.
