We loved our experience at The Rewind! This was the perfect hotel to host our wedding at. The staff were amazing, the food was wonderful, and my guests have not stopped telling me how much they enjoyed their time. I highly recommend The Rewind for your wedding venue or just a fun hotel to stay at. This place is worth every penny!!

We have previously held our Annual Meeting in downtown Des Moines, but this year we decided to move it to The Rewind. It turned out to be the best decision we've made. All the participants had only amazing things to say about the hotel, the rooms, the meeting facilities, the staff, and the food. They all went above and beyond to make this meeting seamless and a memorable experience. We are already looking forward to holding the meeting at The Rewind again next year. The hotel staff, especially Casey, Fran, and the front desk staff, provided us with 5-star level customer service. Thank you Rewind, for making our meeting one to remember.

The staff is AMAZING! The were always friendly and willing to help before we asked. The front desk always greeted us with a smile, Captain Kevin went above and beyond to shuttle us around, the banquet staff were engaging and made sure our meetings went off without a hitch. Some of the best customer service I have received in the hospitality industry.

My family and I recently stayed at the hotel while visiting the Des Moines area for a family wedding. Not only was it a beautiful hotel and a very comfortable room, the staff was so pleasant and helpful whenever we had questions. We loved the breakfast buffet at Johnny’s Steakhouse, it was so delicious! And we really liked how centrally located it was for other dining and shopping in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, and I would stay here again the next time I’m in town.

The pool was warm and clean and the hot tub HOT! The rooms were beautiful too. Excellent place to stay!

We had a group of 20-25 guests. The food was fantastic. The room was a great set up and they were able to seat up in the dining room for dinner. The event was extremely easy to coordinate as the event planner was always very responsive & catered to our needs!

We had a large company event and it went flawlessly. The staff was nothing but helpful. They were on top of all the details needed and kept me updated on things throughout the evening. I will definitely be using them again in the future for any events we may have!

We held our rehearsal dinner at the Rewind Hotel in West Des Moines. Throughout planning this event, the Rewind staff did everything they could to make it a memorable event.
