there were a bunch of ants in the bathroom discovered in the 2nd day.

We need a place to sleep for a couple of nights when me move out of the area. Good service and excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was so helpful and very friendly especially the front desk clerk she made us feel so welcome and so did the kitchen staff. We had a very good stay and were will be returning.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

Have you ever heard of the expression lipstick on a pig? If you haven't, then you'll definitely learn what it means when you go to this hotel. I have no clue how this hotel has as many five star reviews as it does. Believe the few bad reviews, because they tell the true story. We picked this hotel because it had such a high rating in the area. But soon found out that these ratings are not appropriate for this establishment. It appears that someone came in and did a quick remodeling. The pictures make it look like an updated, clean, and decent place to stay. Don't let the pictures deceive you. Our mattresses were sunken in. The bathroom looked old and moldy with a worn out tub. The ceiling had remnants of water damage. Big stains on the carpet and upholstery. The accommodations in the room were put together cheaply. Whoever painted this hotel didn't care how it turned out. The common areas are just the same. Dirty. Smelly. Rundown. If you're willing to take a quick glance from afar, it seems like a decent place to stay. But don't be fooled by a pig in lipstick. Wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone for this price. Might as well stay at a crack motel for half the cost and get the same experience.

Easy to get to from Interstate 55. Well lit. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast!! Offered many choices of top quality food made fresh. Room was very nice.

The whole vibe was nice, my room was clean. The "Dove" like soap was cool. and the staff was super nice.

I did not like all those extra rowdy kids in the parking lot hanging around partying in the parking lot. The elevator has a weird smell.

The pool was filty and that really was my reason for coming. Went outside and it was like a film on top of the water!!!!! I passed didn't seem safe as I'm a 2x cancer survivor. PLEASEEEEEE keep the pool clean!!!!!

Overall my stay was good just my pillows was flat not comfortable and housekeeping didn't clean my room gud the floor wasn't vacuumed and they didn't change sheets on bed had same sheets on bed
