The room was comfortable and clean.

The pool was nasty, and the breakfast wasn’t good like it used to be too, the milk was a little spoiled, bread was hard.

Enjoyed my trip as always. Room was very spacious and clean and fresh. Staff was friendly and acknowledged me every time during my stay.

This is a very nice IHG, we’ve stayed at a few on our little road trip this summer and this one has been the nicest one so far. Very clean rooms and the best breakfast selection- a much wider selection of the normal fair one usually sees . Very helpful staff as we had a lot of questions about local things like where to shop and eat- they gave excellent advice. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed weekly for many weeks. Three times I had to change rooms because tv had a dark blue tint. Last week there were tiny black seed size bugs on my bed and numerous bugs in my empty coffee cup and on bedside table. When I brought cup to front desk, no apologies, simply a comment the hotel was full and they could not offer me another room. This week, black out blinds at window had pulls removed so window could not be opened. Ice machine on floor did not work. Pancake maker at breakfast broken. Cleaning crew left cleaning materials on bathroom counter. All coffeemakers removed from rooms. Sign in elevator asking guests not to take light bulbs out of elevator ceiling ( probably trying to replace burned out bulbs in their rooms), bathroom doors wedged onto floor, and no smiles at check in or check out.

The elevator shuttered each time after stopping. It was nerve wrecking.
