"Pool looked toxic!"

Bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was green and not open in the middle of June!!! It looked toxic. 👎🏾👎🏾

"Should have been told"

Elevator was down right scary. Made ungodly noises. Sounding like it was about to break loose. Pool was closed and green water. Was not posted pool was closed. Staff pleasant and room was cleaned!

I had an issue with my reservation. I had originally booked for 2 nights, plans changed. I only stayed one night. upon checking out, I wasn't given a receipt. I was referred to Hotels.com. I have been with Hotels.com for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Third party booking does not will not work for me. If I am paying for my accommodation, I should have been able to receive a receipt for the time I actually was there. I was told I would receive an email receipt. I have not received anything. I don't care for this policy at all !!!
