Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Selma by IHG

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kelser at the front desk answered all our questions about places to eat, etc. We had two rooms. One room had a broken light switch cover in the bathroom. Part of the cover was missing leaving a hole large enough to stick your finger in. Not a problem for an adult but could be bad for a young child. The 2nd room was missing a shower curtain. When reported to the front desk, they gave us one to hang. The breakfast was great. Eggs, meat, potatoes. sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles...... The kitchen manager, Nye, was most helpful. When she learned we were leaving that morning, she gave us two ziplock bags with assorted cookies. The breakfast area was very clean. In site of a couple of incidents, I an recommend t his hot el if you are in the Selma area. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are soft.

The facility was outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was full of bugs. I called the front desk and reported it. The Clerk said it was nothing he could do and would try to find me some pesticide but never did. Overall the stay was ok

It was what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. Staff was beyond nice

We were able to stay.

We paid twice for the room. We paid in person because the staff said the card did not take. But when we call the card company it was already paid. We have been trying to contact booking dot com since then to no avail
