Booked a room with 3 bed room and got there and was given a queen room with 2 beds. Was told they over booked. Instead of calling and verifying if this was ok, just moved us to a different room. No partial refund or anything.

The property was fine it was a good location to find.

First night air conditioning was messed up , the tv screen was green . When I arrived to check in i stand at the desk for 20 minutes while the front desk clerk was outside on the phone and smoking a cigarette. She wasn’t very greeting

Location and dog friendly

In the middle of being sold so needs lots of tlc. Pool and hot tub were Not working! I would not have booked here if I knew that.

Nothing after paying for the room, they said they not have room available for the night and the hotel is sold out.

I feel really bad and discriminate because the front desk lady stands up and talking to her supervisor in secret that was really disappointing.
