"Hotel cancelled my reservation - called me while i was in route the day of checkin."

Location was why i picked it for a volleyball tournament two hours away from home.

Booked weeks out for a volleyball tournament. This hotel is 2 hours away, and while i was in route to check in- i get a call from the hotel stating that they didn't have a room for me due to overbooking. Not cool at all. Very poor management of reservations on their end. Never had issues before.

"Won’t book there again."

Not much at all

The staff was rude, the pool was down without any notice, did not have any wash clothes in the room. Staff requested me to call booking as to why they could not complete the check in process. Even though it was not my fault nor had anything to do with it to get checked. Made me get out of line to check everyone else in before helping me.

"Disappointing for the cost"

Breakfast was good, decent housekeeping, maintenance was horrible.

Beds were old, tile loose in bathrooms. Pool was very cold, paint flakes all over the pool area, hot tub dirty.
