Das. FRÜHSTÜCK war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Grosses Angebot. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Speisen am warmen Buffet waren manchal nur lauwarm. Schade.

Beach was beautiful, the architect and furniture were exceptional. The staff made us feel like Elites especially Mr. George at the front desk, Mr. Mina at the restaurant. It was my wife birthday and they went far and beyond our expectation. Not to mention the abundance and the quality of the food. Will recommend your facility to all our family and friends.

I would definitely not recommend I booked room for +-300€ a night for a week specifically letting hotel know we come for honeymoon and babymoon celebration. I was welcomed by absolutely rude staff at the reception that asked me to wait for my room that is not ready at 14:00 . I waited 2 hours in a overheated lobby with no water as a 5months pregnant woman after this 2hours they let us enter a room that was not supposed to be ours room that was absolutely not made with dirty sweaty bedsheets and not working ac, positioned directly on the sun with no shade to hide from , there they let us wait another two hours . After that they let us in our room which was in the same conditions as the previous ones with blood stained bedsheets. I spent that night sleeping on a towels I was disgusted! Next morning I lost on the beach my 20thousand euro engagement ring and non of the stuff that was around even remotely tried to help me recover it no metal detector no nothing. I had to leave my ring behind and because of exhaustion was forced to book another accommodation…..

Amazing experience! Great place to relax and have a good time with family. The food was a amazing, hospitality 5 stars and management is in top of every detail. Rooms were comfortable and spotless. Highly recommend to take tours with Mr. Abo Raslan and Mr. Egypt from Aquacenter by the beach. They were very attentive, offering great deals and they gave us amazing service at the beach. Will definitely come back and arrange trips with them
