Candlewood Suites Beaumont by IHG

I was put in a room I didn't reserve. Staff stated elevator needed fixing so they put me in a different room without telling me. Staff switched out my room to the room i reserved the young lady was very pleasant. Second room the door didn't close all the way toilet wouldn't flush. Look like someone kicked in the door. 3rd room smelled like mildew with a bed in the living room and bedroom. I dnt recommend.

Everytime I visit Beaumont, this is where I stay. Very nice staff and a very clean place.

My husband and I stay here 4 nights a week for work and I must say it’s clean every time smells fresh and clean kitchenette is perfect provided with outs and pans as well makes for saving a lot of money on eating out! Ms. Tamesha is here every morning shift she has been excellent with helping in every way possible from checking in and out to everything in between! She will surely brighten your day she makes the stay feel like you’re still at home! They have the best coffee rooms and staff it’s a pleasure staying here every week!

My place to stay when I arrive to Beaumont.!!! The staff is exceptionally kind and professional. Whenever I arrive my room is always available for immediate check-in, making it a smooth transition for me getting off work. As a satisfied IHG member, I must say Ms. Destiny and Cassandra has really set the standards high. Something I’ve noticed out of the three IHG hotels I reside in per week. Thanks for making me feel valued and the process smooth.

I would like to thank Tonisna, Tamesha and Shikira for the great customer service and getting me in quicker than expected it’s greatly appreciated!! Now I can get rest before a long exhausting shift!

I want to thank Cassandra for being a big help in figuring out that I was an IHG member. Found out I'm almost a silver member, almost a gold on my next stay. Cassandra explains how the perks worked so I'm going start keep track and using my point for now on.

Our stay at Candlewood Suites was a blessing. Comfortable, clean, quiet; and everything we love "Candlewood" inside of the room (kitchen, work desk, dishwasher, full sink, utensils/cookware/cultery and more) A HUGE THANK YOU to - Tamesha, Talitha and Kendra. Room was booked 2 months in advance and when we arrived they did not have my selected room available. They ended up giving us an additional room. The additional room they gave us was located in the back of property and had a horrible smell to it like it had been vacant or not touched for a long time. Hotel offered free coffee for breakfast which was so thick and murky like the machine had not been cleaned.
