Location and clean

There was no power when checked in and still no power when checking out. Bed by the restroom was really worn-out had to take a cold shower

Our first times in the IHG establishment and it was superior. The front desk clerk Ms Tonisha had a nice friendly smile and her greeting was AWESOME. Walking into the room I was in AWE; It was clean to Superior…Alexis and Jessica had it fresh neat and just enough towels for the two of Us. Thank You!!!

I walked into this hotel and I was greeted by a nice, warm, & very bubbly personality which made me feel right at home. Zach is a doll to be around! Everytime I needed something, or had a question or a concern he was right there to assist. He maintains a very professional demeanor! The rooms were also amazing, and I love the fact how you guys have a closet with things that guests can use while they are staying! I will for sure be visiting this hotel when I am in the Beaumont area, once again!

"A remembrance Stay in Beaumont, TX"

The hotel is very excellent, at my check in Ms. Jordan was very professional and she assisted me in get my room lined up for my business stay. And Cassandra Hall was there to assist her in getting my room changed to the outer side of the hotel. I will stay here on my next business trip. I would recommend this hotel to others. The room was very clean and in order with according to Ms. Alexis greeting card in the room. I would like to thank the Manager Ms. Theresa for having such a great staff.

"I Love this Hotel."

This Candlewood is one of the best hotels I've been in. I always travel and I love coming back here. Tamesha and Tonisha are so wonderful and helpful. I'll keep coming back everytime just because of these two wonderful ladies. The rooms are very clean and I love the ability to cook while I'm here. I hope yall have a wonderful stay as I have.

Catina & Tamesha were very kind and helpful and made the booking/check-in process very easy! My flight was delayed causing me to miss the first night of my booking, and the staff was fantastic helping me handle all that. The hotel was clean and in a great location. We will be back!
