Candlewood Suites Beaumont by IHG

Great experience at this hotel. Aubrey was an excellent host and took care of everything I needed. Service was amazing from front desk till I got to my room. I will be returning for all my future trips to this area

Top Rated??? You have got to be kidding. The only positive was the girl at the front desk was very nice. The exterior of the hotel looks fine but as soon as you walk in you will realize it’s very dated. Walking to the room I noticed how dirty and dented the room doors were but when we walked in the room you could see how dated the place was. The smell of stale and old was immediate. I actually told my husband I will gladly leave and lose the money for the room. In the bathroom long black hairs were all over the tub. The light fixture, shower and sink all had rust on them. The toilet only barely flushed and you had to hold the handle down hard to get that to happen. I could go on but I am leaving this place in the rear view. Honestly IHG a should be embarrassed to have this place in its group. If the place was $35-50 I would have known and expected what we found, but it was $135, the same price as the other actually decent hotels in the area. Stay Away!!

Worst experience ever , I had all my property stolen by staff members 1 named Jackie and 2 other workers ,over $600 in property .I went to my room after a long day of work to find my room completely empty no clothes,no shoes ,no food,no hygiene things none of my electronics NOTHING .The manager Teresa and the supervisor never did anything to help me but argue about what I did and didn’t have. First and last time I ever stay at this location .Very unprofessional .I hope this never happens to anyone else ,very sad situation .End of the day I lost everything and they brushed me off saying it’s my problem.

The staff is supper friendly and mrs. Cassandra and mrs. Kendra are very helpful with any questions one might have or ant problems that might arise over all it was a great experience and will recommend to anyone

GUEST RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE NAMED CASSANDRA MADE THE DIFFERENCE FOR ME. PRIOR TO ARRIVING I CALLED IN TO GAIN MORE INFO ABOUT THE HOTEL AND SPOKE WITH CASSANDRA. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND PUT ME AT EASE. UPON ARRIVING SHE WAS JUST AS PLEASANT AND MADE SURE MY STAY WAS A POSTIVE EXPERIENCE. ALSO, A BRIGHT SPOT TO TAMESHA FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The service was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, even when there were issues concerning double payment they were able to handle it and were very nice about it. The only issues my partner and I had with the specific Candlewood (because we've stayed at these hotels before) were that this specific one was a little outdated and the security of the hotel was lacking. There was a back door to enter into the hotel that required the room key to enter, but the lock system didn't work and the door was simply unlocked and you can go in and out at any time. That made us uncomfortable especially because the first room by that back door was our room, so it felt a little unsafe.

The Managers and staff were excellent to me and my family. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, while we handled A/C issues at our home. We highly recommend this hotel to anybody.
