"Good staff but rooms fell short."

Location was good for a trip to NDSU campus. During our stay we encountered 3 different ppl at the front desk and all of them were polite.

Our room smelled like smoke and our bathtub did not drain properly. I was standing in backed up water after only a short shower. We arrived late and my son started unpacking his things already so I did not request a room change. I opened and shut the door many times trying to air it out but it was not what one should expect from a non smoking room.

Morning guy was not as good as the night lady. He seemed annoyed and distracted.

"Everything else except the two aformentioned things were great."

There was a fairly broad choice. That is to say, there was fruit, coffee, milk, yoghurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and etc.

There was only one fork and no spoon to eat with in the kitchenette. The mattress was lumpy.
