"My room was decent and the staff was friendly and helpful"

It was close to the airport and walking distance to several restaurants.

Periodically my entire room would shake. It felt like an earthquake. When I asked a staff member what the cause could be they said there was a laundry room below my room and it was probably a washing machine on the spin cycle. It woke me up several times. The room was not filthy but yet not clean. There were long black hairs (not mine, I have short hair)on the floor in the bathroom. There was also some brown substance splattered on the wall next to the bed. Not a lot but it was there. The blackout curtains are designed to not close all the way. My room was facing the parking lot and there is a flood light out there that kept my room lit up. Each time the washing machine woke me up I opened my eyes and thought it was morning because of the light coming in the room. I got up and looked outside only to find that it was the flood light.
