Parking was safe and easy and the front desk staff on duty when we arrived were great!

They tried to charge me more for my reservation than I booked it for. I did get them to change it as I had the email showing the correct price but it was a long check in process. The hotel was okay but it needs a facelift.

Was attempting to stay a second night and the guy at the front with no personality basically told me I couldn’t. Although there are rooms to rent for the next day, he told me since I booked it through hotels.com that we would have to change the whole reservation which I couldn’t do. He gave me no reason why, and simply checked me in. I was 55 minutes early for check-in because I was going to ask them about that when I walked up, he said “I guess you’re wanting to check in early.“ I was actually there asking could I extend my stay with them, but instead, he assumed different. I love staying at this hotel and I stay here every time I’m in town for business, but his personality is hard to get around, and there is no reason why you couldn’t have extended my stay.

This place needs to be razed and rebuilt. It is old, old, old. TVs are 10 years old or more and don't work. My room smelled of cigarettes and I had to change it. The worst.

Close to the Fargo airport. Not new or fancy but clean rooms and helpful, friendly staff.

airport shuttle, clean, safe, oversized rooms with kitchen and lots of counter space and desk area. full size refrigerator, overall - very nice and comfortable
