"Room was great. Staff have no clue!"

Checked in with no problems. Got in the room and settled then the fridge started making loud noises but it wasn't consistent. Went to check out and they had no idea what they were doing. Since I paid on Expedia they charged me again for my room. I questioned this and was told I was not checked in correctly the night before. So then I was told my amount was refunded and I left. About 5 hours later I am charged again two more times and an additional charge of $26. I called and asked what was going on and asked for a manager. Well apparently she did not want to talk to me cause she knew I was upset. Total of $253 pending for a one night stay I paid for 3 days earlier?!?!??!! I think I will not step foot in this place again. To bad cause the place is very nice.

I recently made a trip to Texas, Fort Hood to help my daughter who is in the army she was having surgery on her knee . I was there a week and the people were so nice and willing to help me with anything I needed . They inquired about her surgery if all went well and were very accomidating , anything I needed. Very clean , friendly staff and all the extras .

"not happy....."

the TV in room kept turning on by its self....the alarm was the same .....had to unplug from wall. .....room was small. .....clean and staff was awesome. .....and no breakfast ....:(
