We stayed here because they were pet friendly and their fees were not super high. There were only 2 people that worked behind the desk that were actually nice. They were stingy with the towels and we had to keep bringing our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get fresh towels. Often there was not anyone behind the desk to help people that came to the front desk for assistance, they didn’t even have a bell to someone’s attention. Also, the elevator had a bunch of broken components that made it appear not up to code for use.

"Overnight stay"

Overall good stay; however, the toilet seat was loose, and the tub was a bit slippery. I reported that on checkout and was told they would fix those problems. Otherwise, the room was clean, except for one piece of a wrapper left on the night stand. The clerks at check-in and check-out were cordial.

"Worst experience of any hotel stay"

They refused to honor s fully paid reservation and demanded payment again or would not allow check in. They reversed the double charge, but as soon as we checked out they posted the charges again. Still trying to get this resolved through their corporate office but the on site staff are horrible.
