"Refused to give me a refund. Elevators not working"

This place refused to refund me my money. They told me they couldn't refund me because the manager was never there. Their elevators were not working, we had someone with a wheelchair. They told me they couldn't refund because I had reserved through hotels.com. I called hotels.com and they also informed me that they could get ahold of any managers. Super bad management. I wouldn't trust. I had to reserved in another place and and was down. $150 for a one night stay. I am very upset.

The elevator was not working necessitating having to transport my luggage up three flights of stairs to the room. SInjured my back doing thsi. The front desk clerk was without a doubt the most unwelcoming individuals I have every encountered. The elevator (post repair). along with the front area smelled of mold. Would not recommend to stay at this facility.

"It was ok but not what I expected."

I like that it was close to the events that we were in town for but elevator wasn’t working and was informed until the day of checking in. Also the room needs to be more clean and there was no remote control for tv.

Elevator wasn’t working, room not clean enough, needs to be renovated.
