"Kudos… keep up the great work !"

Helpful staff (Jackie) very friendly and she was more than accommodating even after a few hiccups. Door malfunction, network issues resulting in computer not able to process my conf # or take payment by card the suburban studios employee stayed cool calm and collect and all the while keeping a smile on her face making light of the situation. Exhausted from long drive up from North Carolina Jackie handled me the 1st time customer of Suburban Studios like a professional. Following morning I was created by management and once again treated so plea-sent I decided to stay over for the rest of the week.

"Complete rip off and no refund"

"Never had the chance to stay."

Never got the chance to experience it. Was told that I was banned from a property I have never set foot in before

The front desk person was unwilling to verify that my address on my license did not match that of the individual who was actually banned.
