"Very Positive"

The property is newer and nice - very clean and the staff was sweet and hospitable (I'm talking about you Tammy and Chastity!)! I recommend having a meal at the Loghouse Restaurant while in town - 200 year old restaurant!

"Should have been excellent "

The good: Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet even for a Saturday. House cleaning attendants were very friendly. The bad: Wi-Fi captive portal did not work. Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Front desk person a bit grouchy. I believe she was frustrated with computer system, which is understandable, but she shouldn’t take that out on customers.

The bed needs to be replaced. There was blood and or stains under the sheet. Poor support. The free breakfast was a big disappointment. Stale bagels. Over- ripe bananas. I always stay in Fairfield by Marriott hotels. This stay was average at best. I had bragged to my friend on our way there about the quality that I was expecting. Sorry guys it was not there this time. This was the highest price choice in this town so I also thought the price would reflect the quality.

Clean pool. Clean room. However hotel electrical room was next door, and the hotel air conditioners were too close too my window and ran constantly, which was annoying.

Hotel is clean. Hallway smells good. Room was clean and comfy. May be short staffed? At check in there wasn’t anyone at the desk. I called the hotel twice, while in the lobby, and then a very nice lady came and said she was upstairs. Breakfast the next morning could have used some help. No one was there to refill anything. Gravy was cold because the crockpot was not turned on. The lady that came to start filling the bar was also helping to clean rooms. Overall everything was good just be patient with the staff.
