Loved the hot breakfast.

Very nice and clean. Rooms were updated.

The hotel is in need of renovation and the cleanliness is less than desirable. The staff is great and were very helpful, pleasant, and professional but were shorthanded. There was no one available at the front desk to confirm checkout. This could be a very nice place if renovated and fully staffed.

Convenient to I-77

Traditional Fairfield service. I’ve stayed at hotel befit; but, this time the floor had a weird smell immediately as you stepped off elevator. In our room the carpet had horrible scent. We had to keep air conditioner on to help with scent.

Pictures used on hotels. Com were stock pictures and not of actual hotel. Promised pool was dirty and gross. Two rooms needed to be replaced because they were also filthy. Worst part of experience was expecting one thing and getting quite another. Never more disappointed in a hotel.

Not far off the highway. Lots of restaurants nearby but busy road so not walkable. Check in no issues. Room was clean but it was lacking in enough outlets for charging and keeping lamps plugged in. Bedside lamp was missing a light bulb anyhow so had to choose which side of the bed we wanted light on. Breakfast in the morning was just continental. No hot breakfast. Indoor pool was green. No air-conditioning in hallway to your room but once in your room the AC was ice cold.

We have no complaints enjoyed breakfast also We had a relaxing evening good nights rest. Thanks

Great place to stay. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. They had a checkout time of 12 noon, which was awesome! The place is very nice with a indoor pool and work out area.
