Homeless all around outside and didnt feel safe even leaving car

No trolly to bring my stuff to or from. Ants in the room No TV, the tv wouldnt work, when i called front desk they told me it could be unplugged. There was no signal. No breakfast - at all. Most of the stuff was shut down or broken. No pool No trash can in room Poor front desk service, some of the people were nice. Some made uou question how theu get by in life everyday. Some guy right out side my window smoking meth blaring music. Was there for 3 days, i think he was living in his truck. Felt like a lot of people were living there. Phone has missing buttons. All and all it felt dirty and trashy.

The rooms are properly clean and comfortable however, the rest of the property needs work

Staff was welcoming. We got a fireworks show in the parking lot on the 4th of July.

First of all when we checked in there was a half full can of 7 up just sitting on our bathroom sink. Less than half a roll of toilet tissue was there with no backup roll when we have 4 people staying for two days! Only two towels and two wash cloths that still looked dirty.Beds are hard as a rock. Half of our door handle in the outside of our room was broken off. Hole was in the bottom corner of our bathroom door. Bathroom is so small door nearly hits the toilet when opening.Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Their repair tactics was to put black tape on things(photos included). Their sign says newly remodeled but if this is how they remodel I would ask for my money back from their contractor. Then the people on the second floor (mind you this is an indoor hotel) were popping fireworks in the hallway. The children in room 304 we were in 306, they were having a sumo competition until 4:30 am shouting included and somehow mustered up the energy to wake up only 4 hours later and start again! We would have canceled our room and went to another hotel if everything wasn’t already booked due to the holiday.

I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again should i need lodging again in Indianapolis.

The room itself was not bad. It was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom for was broken and had to be lifted up to close properly. We had to get a second room due to the first not having a working bathroom light. The corridors were filthy and reeked of marijuana. There were a lot of what appeared to be vagrants hanging around in the area of the rear entrance to the ground floor rooms. The pool and hot tub were out of order for our entire stay which was one of the sole reasons we chose to stay here. I would not recommend.

It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the clerk was undertrained. The smell of pot(weed) was so strong in the hallway to our that we had to hold our breath. We only had 3 hand towels in our room, no bath towels or wash clothes at all. Pool was nice but once again no towels. We asked for towels and we were told they didn’t have any. The amount of panhandlers and drug users on and around the hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.
