I liked and hated the fact that my room was literally right next to an accessible door

Glenstone in Springfield has turned into skid row. Tons of homeless drug addicts just laying on the ground everywhere.. this is not an exaggeration. You couldn't go outside without atleast 5 homeless drug addicts hanging out by the exit. The bar is closed, despite it being on the website and Google. The hallway's carpet looked like it hadn't been shampooed or vaccumed since they opened the place. The room was nothing like the pictures. The mini fridge was so small you could barely fit take out containers in it. The mini fridge was leaking in the cubby and molding and rotting the wood in the cabinet. The shower did not plunge correctly so you only got half of the water pressure. There were several centipedes in the bathroom. The bed collapsed in the middle of the night.. that was fun to deal with. Only gave two towels and one was on the back of the toilet.. who wants to use a towel that's been sitting on top of a disgusting toilet. Wifi did not work on any of the devices I brought. (Nintendo Switch, Amazon Fire stick, Phone) On the left side of the bed (facing the the bed) the outlet did not work at all or the lamp which had to be plugged in. Which meant I had to charge my phone across the room on the desk. Not the end of the world but inconvenient AF. If you are gonna pay 100 bucks a night for a room, you might as well go stay somewhere that isn't basically an Airbnb trap house. Do not stay here. You have been warned. I would not take the time to write this if it wasn't absolutely deplorable.

I like that I don’t have to worry about the staff being rude or so uptight. It’s kind of chill and laid-back, which is a nice time but still good overall.

When we checked in we were told we had no choices on rooms. The first room seemed okay but was a little dirty like it wasn’t cleaned well after last guest. Second room was awful. Stains on the lamps and ironing board, when we pulled the covers back there was fried chicken food scraps in the bed like they hadn’t seen them so they just made the bed and didn’t changed the sheets. The room smelled of burnt playdough and gave my daughter an instant headache. Ended up cancelling the one room and cramming into the other due to all other hotels in the area being sold out.

Room was clean and comfortable, communal area was not very clean.

Room was filthy, beds were absolutely hard, bathroom still had womans kotex in the trash can 🤮

All kinds of people in the parking lot after dark, AND NOT EMPLOYED PEOPLE, VERY ROUGH LOOKING ANS HOMELESS SLEEPING NEAR BY. 5 AQUARD CARS THERE RHE DIRST NIGHT.

Shower drain plugged. TV broken. Door lock broken. Fridge door wont close so it buzzes all night. Poop floating in jacuzzi!! Pool is freezing. Unusable. "Breakfast" was pathetic. No eggs no waffles. Hallway smells like a wet dog. Horrible place.

Shady area didnt feel safe.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were homeless people outside and people smoking directly outside the main door. The room had several discoloration and damage to some of the furniture. The only positive is the bed was comfy. Do not stay here. The outside ground area was covered in trash and there is little to no sense of security.
