It is dirty. It is nasty. It is old. It is completely unsafe to even be in this building. When literally there was a sign on the door that says this building has been deemed unsafe yeah no not staying here. Want my money back

We didn't. We went to our room and saw how nasty it was and left never to return and had to book a different hotel

Everything. There was a life safety notification posted on the front door from the local fire inspector. There was broken glass everywhere. There were atleast 20 rooms boarded up. The shower and sink were broke. The bed had burns on the blankets and there was a unknown substance on the furniture. It was disgusting.

It was awful lots homeless

Room next to outside door excess, with tweekers moving things in and out of the loud double doors starting at 2a.m till 4:30 when I had to confront them and place a chair in front of the exit. Would have called desk, but the phone in my Filthy room was cut at the reciever. Be very aware!!! Had i have seen the place first before committing to Expedia and a nonrefundable stay I would have never.

There is no longer most of the amenities listed. The photos are lies. No food, no lounge. The pool seems to be unheated but was open. The hot tub was the best feature of our stay. The room did have updates inside and was ok. Most of the building is in disrepair and it seems they are renting rooms to long term tenants who are all high. The halls smell of weed. Windows boarded up in some areas. Dirty halls. Banging, barking and loud talking all night long. Honestly, this should be condemned and shut down to the public.

The hotel was threatened to be robbed and they had troubles with someone not leaving the property. Kept me and my kids up throughout the night. Also had a notice on the door that the building was dangerous and the room was dirty

the stay was for 2 days and we decide to go to a different hotel after the first night staying there. We couldn't get the wifi to work at all, the tv had to be replaced because it didn't work. The light from the hall was coming all around the door, you could hear all the noise from the parking lot and the hallway. When we checked out the front desk they didn't even ask why we were leaving early. I will never rent any rooms at either of the lamp lighter hotels in springfield,mo.
