Lamplighter Inn and Suites - North

Stair and hallways unkept, room was clean and ok, security doors outside not working, people in back ,parking area, left unsecure feeling.

Nice clean rooms although the inside of the hotel outside of the rooms could use some love.

The desk clerk was nice. Everything else was old and ran down and dirty. The room was the only clean thing. Will not stay again.

Property is outdated. King was not available so two queen room is okay but the room was half cleaned with housekeepers cart still in the room without a staff. I moved the cart myself but it was left outside our door for over 2 hours. Room smelled cigarettes.

The hotel is very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and having the pool and the bar is wonderful plus having DIRECTV also,when you go for a getaway you need a good television experience.The only thing bad is the bathrooms are really outdated and really really need refurbished.

Lost my money cause y'all wouldn't respond to my messages.

The lady that checked us in was very sweet. Our first morning, my husband went out to the truck to get my toiletries and smoke a cigarette. When he came back in, the lady at the desk was extremely rude. She asked him what the room number was, but he couldn't remember off the top of his head. He showed her the room card instead, she proceeded to tell him he couldn't be in there if he wasn't a guest, grilling him over and over about what room he was in. He told her 'i just walked out of here to my car'. She said 'i never saw you come out of here'. Finally, he just told her "the room is under Emilee Haynie, I don't know the room number, I'm sorry." She didn't apologize, offer any kind of explanation of anything. Zero customer service. Not a good way to treat paying guests. We were there for our daughters color guard competition. Couldn't use the pool or hot tub the whole time because it was full of people living at the hotel our whole stay. The breakfast was terrible. Beds were rock hard. Would not stay again.

The furniture was old and floors dirty. The staff was friendly.
