As I walked in the City of Springfield had a sign on the door saying “ premises not safe for habitation. That should be enough but then the area around my room was full of cigarette smoke. It was obviously a place for down on there luck to stay long term and with there pets

I booked and paid for my room and when we arrived they over booked and I never got my money back

Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind! Accepted pets.

bath tub was clogged, two of the three lights in the room didn't work. towel had black stuff all over it. No breakfast. plastic bag over the smoke alarm.

sketchy people everywhere. While they apparead to be homeless they apparently wasnt since they all.was staying at the hotel. City inpsector has sign posted on front door tgat the structure was hazardous and dangerous

Room had a clogged bath sink that needed to be fixed. Room key did not work and had to be replaced. Breakfast which had been normal for the facility was stopped.

We did not stay the night. We checked in and left for the evening. When we came back to the room we noticed a lot of Red Flags. First our Do No Disturb sign was between the door and the door jam ( not how we left it). Inside the room the pillows on the bed were all messed up. Our suitcase had been opened and our cell phone charger was missing. Found a purple fake fingernail in the suitcase. Not to mention the hotel was filthy and a haven for crackheads. Terrible experience. Had to find another hotel to stay the next two days. Going to report to their Corporate office. Stay away from this hotel!!!!

Not ever having towels, and not very clean.

The smoke alarm was down off the wall, there was coffee still left in the coffee pot and stains on the sheets. There was a health hazard sign on the front door that was from the 3rd of march and I checked in on the 8th, no one should have been able to check in with known health hazards. The front desk woman was CLEARLY on drugs and doped out of her mind, she was friendly but that’s extremely unprofessional and something that should be done after work.
